I customize each transformation package to your goals, needs, and desires. Services are currently via phone. All packages include weekly assignments, tools, and resources to help optimize breakthroughs. Additionally, I provide accountability, unwavering support, and encouragement.

- Nine one-on-one sessions: 2 hours for the initial session: 1 hour for the remaining sessions

Energy Leadership Index Assessment & Debrief
This tool is an assessment that enables you to consciously view your perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and leadership capabilities. It provides an understanding of your current mindset and potential blocks to your potential. Includes:
- A 1:1 debrief on how you are currently accessing the seven levels of energy leadership
- Information as to how those seven levels are presently serving you (or not)
- Guidelines on improving your productivity, satisfaction, and fulfillment based upon your assessment
